Dealing With Difficult People

One person can make a difference; either a positive or a negative difference. We have all had the experience when you know you will have to tread lightly, plan your words carefully and you still meet with resistance and sometimes even hostility.

Most people agree that a certain percentage of the people they work with could use better people skills. The funny thing is that we always believe it is them and not us. This workshop will help you develop your skills in dealing with the difficult people in your life.

In this seminar you will:

  • Recognize your strengths and weaknesses in dealing with people
  • Learn to avoid saying and doing things that alienate others
  • Identify types/qualities of people that challenge you
  • Understand concessions you can make without appearing weak
